Good News of Great Joy
[Luke 2:1-20]
Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come to me one who will rule over Israel, whose origins are from ancient times, from eternity(Micah 5:2). According to the prophecy of Micah 5:2, Jesus was born in a stable in Bethlehem. This is good news of great joy that will bring great joy to the whole world. For us who are doomed to death and the punishment of eternal hell due to sins such as lies, hatred, strife, and selfishness, God sent His only begotten son, Jesus. Jesus gave up his high and high throne and came to this lowly earth and loved us even to the point of dying on the cross. I hope that you remember and be thankful for the grace of the Lord who atones for our sins with the Lamb of God, confess your sins, receive Jesus as your Savior and God, and gain the authority to become a child of God. And let us live a blessed life that spreads this good news of salvation so that everyone can believe in Jesus as their Savior and be saved and receive grace.
