How did you spend last week?

 

선지자는 유다의 운명과 자신의 운명을 구분하지 않습니다.The prophet does not distinguish between Judah's fate and his own fate. 파괴된 예루살렘과 포로가 되거나 피폐해진 유다 백성을 자신과 하나로 여깁니다. He regards the destroyed Jerusalem and the captive and devastated people of Judah as one with him. 그래서 선지자는 1인칭 시점으로 유다 공동체의 슬픔을 노래하고, 유다 공동체의 간구를 읊습니다. So, the prophet sings of the sorrow of the Jewish community and recites the prayers of the Jewish community from a first-person perspective.선지자가 자신을 위해 기도하는 듯 보이는 것도 사실은 유다를 위해 중보기도를 드리는 것입니다. Even though the prophet appears to be praying for himself, he is actually interceding for Judah. 유다 백성을 마음에 품고 하나님 앞에 섰으니, 선지자의 탄식은 유다 전체의 탄식이며 선지자의 간구는 유다 전체의 간구입니다. He stood before God with the people of Judah in his heart. The lament of the prophet is the lament of all of Judah, and the prayer of the prophet is the petition of all of Judah.

 

□말씀과 나눔 Words and Sharing

1. 선지자는 자신의 탄식과 부르짖음을 주께서 들어주시길 간구합니다(55~57절) 1. The prophet asks the Lord to listen to his sighs and cries (verses 55-57)

1) 선지자는 어디에서 주의 이름을 부릅니까?(55절) 1) Where does the prophet call on the name of the Lord? (verse 55)

55 여호와여 내가 심히 깊은 구덩이에서 주의 이름을 불렀나이다

55 I have called on your name, O LORD, out of the very deep pit.

선지자는 심히 깊은 구덩이에서 주의 이름을 부릅니다. The prophet calls on the name of the Lord from a very deep pit.

2) 선지자의 탄식과 부르짖음에 하나님은 어떻게 응답하십니까?(56~57절)

2) How does God respond to the sighs and cries of the prophet? (verses 56-57)

56 주께서 이미 나의 음성을 들으셨사오니 이제 나의 탄식과 부르짖음에 주의 귀를 가리지 마옵소서

57 내가 주께 아뢴 날에 주께서 내게 가까이 하여 이르시되 두려워하지 말라 하셨나이다

56 Now do not close your ears to my groaning and crying, for you have already heard my voice.

57 On the day I called to you, you came near to me and said, “Do not be afraid.”

주께서 내게 가까이 하여 이르시기를 “두려워하지 말라” 하셨습니다.

The Lord came near to me and said, “Do not be afraid.”

 

<나눔 1> 선지자는 깊은 구덩이에서 자신의 부르짖음을 들으시고 “두려워하지 말라”고 응답하시는 하나님을 경험했습니다. <Sharing 1> The prophet experienced God hearing his cries from the deep pit and answering, “Do not be afraid.” 우리 가정이나 사회, 신앙 공동체에 있는 깊은 구덩이 같은 현실은 무엇인지 이야기해봅시다. Let's talk about what the deep pit-like reality is in our families, society, and faith communities.

2. 선지자가 주님께 억울함을 풀어달라고 간구합니다(58~66절)

2. The prophet asks the Lord to resolve the injustice (verses 58-66)

1) 선지자가 주님께 간구하는 것은 무엇입니까?(59절)

1) What does the prophet ask the Lord for? (verse 59)

59 여호와여 나의 억울함을 보셨사오니 나를 위하여 원통함을 풀어주옵소서

59 You have seen the wrong done to me, O LORD; judge my cause.

선지자는 자신의 억울함과 원통함을 풀어주시기를 간구합니다.

The prophet prays for relief from his resentment.

2) 선지자는 자신을 조롱하는 원수에게 하나님이 어떻게 해주시길 간구합니까?(63~66절)

2) What does the prophet ask God to do to his enemies who mock him? (verses 63-66)

63 그들이 앉으나 서나 나를 조롱하여 노래하는 것을 주목하여 보옵소서

64 여호와여 주께서 그들의 손이 행한 대로 그들에게 보응하사

65 그들에게 거만한 마음을 주시고 그들에게 저주를 내리소서

66 주께서 진노로 그들을 뒤쫓으사 여호와의 하늘 아래에서 멸하소서

63 Notice how they sing to mock me, whether they sit or stand.

64 You, O LORD, will reward them according to the works of their hands.

65 Give them a haughty spirit, and put a curse on them.

66 Pursue them in your wrath, and destroy them under the heavens of the LORD.

선지자는 주께서 선지자를 조롱하여 노래하는 자에게 보응하사 그들에게 저주를 내리시기를 주께서 진노로 그들을 뒤쫓으사 여호와의 하늘 아래에서 멸하시기를 간구합니다.

The prophet prays that the Lord will punish those who mock and sing the prophet and bring a curse upon them; that the Lord will pursue them in His wrath and destroy them under the heavens of the Lord.

 

<나눔 2> 하나님은 자기 백성이 죄를 지을 때 징계하시지만, 그들의 원통함을 방관하시는 분이 아닙니다(참고 눅 18:1~8). <Sharing 2> God disciplines his people when they sin, but he does not turn a blind eye to their resentment (reference Luke 18:1-8). 억울한 일을 겪은 적이 있습니까? 그때 하나님이 우리를 위로해주신 경험을 나눠봅시다. Have you ever experienced something unfair? Let’s share the experience of God comforting us at that time.

 

하나님의 말씀을 나누었다고 경찰에 신고하여 조사를 받은 적이 있으나 혐의가 없음(무죄)을 결정받았습니다. 하나님은 이와같이 저희를 위로하셨습니다. I was investigated after reporting to the police for sharing the word of God, but was found not guilty. God comforted us like this.

<나눔 3> 적의 심판을 간청하는 선지자의 기도는 사적인 보복기도가 아니라 공동체가 당한 억울한 일에 대해 하나님의 공의를 구하는 중보기도입니다. <Sharing 3> The prophet's prayer requesting the judgment of the enemy is not a private prayer for revenge, but an intercessory prayer seeking God's justice for the injustice suffered by the community. 우리가 하나님의 의로우심을 의지하며 공동체를 위해 드려야 할 중보기도는 무엇입니까? What kind of intercessory prayer should we offer for the community, relying on God's righteousness?

라오스의 사역자가 원수에 의해 죽임을 당했는데 하나님께서 공의로 심판하시도록 그리고 남은 가족들을 위로해 주시고 남은 가족과 성도들이 끝까지 사명을 잘 감당할 수 있도록 기도드립니다.

A minister in Laos was killed by the enemy. We pray that God will judge with justice, comfort the remaining family, and allow the remaining family and believers to carry out their mission well until the end.

 

□함께 기도드려요 Let's pray together

주여, 우리가 구덩이에 빠져 소망이 없을 때 더욱 주님을 부르짖는 믿음을 주소서.

Lord, give us the kind of faith that calls out to You even more when we are struck in a pit, finding it hard to have hope.

 

경제적인 문제와 질병의 문제 등에 있는 형제자매들의 어려운 문제를 해결하여 주소서!

Please solve the difficult problems of our brothers and sisters, including financial problems and disease problems!

 

라오스와 열방에서 핍박한 이들에게 공의로 심판하여 주시고 핍박당하는 가족들과 성도들을 위로하여 주시고 주님 주신 힘으로 귀한 사명을 끝까지 잘 감당하게 하소서!

Please judge with justice those who have been persecuted in Laos and other countries, comfort the families and believers who are persecuted, and help them carry out their precious mission to the end with the strength the Lord has given them!
