베드로전서 2장 7~10절

1 Peter 2:7-10

1. 백성 the people 은혜 grace

2. ‘여러분’은 하나님에게 어떤 사람인가요?(9절)

2. Who is ‘you’ to God? (v. 9)

여러분은 하나님께서 선택하신 민족이며 왕의 제사장입니다. 또 거룩한 나라이며, 하나님께서 홀로 다스리는 나라의 백성입니다.

You are God's chosen people and the king's priest. You are also a holy country, the people of a nation ruled by God alone.

3. 하나님이 우리를 어둠에서 불러내어 빛 가운데로 이끄신 이유는 무엇인가요?(9절)

3. Why did God bring us out of the darkness and bring us into the light? (verse 9)

하나님께서는 그분의 선하심을 선포하게 하시려고, 여러분을 어두움 가운데서 불러내어, 그의 놀라운 빛 가운데로 인도하셨습니다.

In order to proclaim His goodness, God called you out of darkness and led you into His wonderful light.

이제 우리는 하나님의 백성이에요. Now we are God's people.

하나님의 백성은 어떤 사람이고, 어떤 모습으로 살아야 할까요?

그러나 너희는 택하신 족속이요 왕 같은 제사장들이요 거룩한 나라요 그의 소유된 백성이니 이는 너희를 어두운 데서 불러내어 그의 기이한 빛에 들어가게 하신 이의 아름다운 덕을 선포하게 하려 하심이라

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
