Tell what you heard to faithful people

 

[2 Timothy 2:1-13]

 

* Be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus (1).

* Pass on what you have heard to trustworthy (faithful) people (2) so that they can teach others as well.

* As a good soldier of Christ Jesus, share in suffering (3)

* Athletes must follow the rules, and industrious farmers will receive the produce first (5,6)

* Remember Jesus Christ, who was born as a descendant of David and rose from the dead (8)

* Paul is chained like a prisoner because of the gospel, but the word of God is not chained (9)

* Paul, who endures everything so that those whom God has chosen may also receive salvation in Christ Jesus with eternal glory (10)

* If we died with Him, we also will live with Him; if we endure patiently, we will also reign with Him(11,12)

* God is always faithful (13)

 

God, help us be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus! Let us pass on what we have heard from trustworthy (faithful) people!
