Live like the Son of light

요한복음 12장 34~37절

John 12:34-37

성경을 읽으면서, ‘빛’에 O표 하고, ‘어둠’에 X표 하세요.

1. As you read the Bible, mark “Light” with an O and “Dark” with an X.

2. 예수님은 빛이 있을 동안 어떻게 하라고 말씀하셨나요?(36절)

2. What did Jesus say to do while there is light? (verse 36)

빛이 너희에게 있을 동안 빛을 믿어라

Believe in the light while the light is on you

3. 예수님이 표적을 행하시자, 사람들은 어떻게 행동했나요?(37절)

3. When Jesus performed a sign, what did the people do? (verse 37)

그들은 여전히 예수님을 믿으려 하지 않았습니다.

They still did not want to believe in Jesus.

 

같이 생각해요 Let’s think together

세상에는 두 종류의 사람이 있어요.

There are two kinds of people in the world.

예수님이 어둠 속에 있는 사람과 빛 가운데 있는 사람에 대해 설명하셨어요.

Jesus explained about the person in the dark and the person in the middle of light.

사다리를 따라 가면서 어둠과 빛은 무엇이 다른지 알아보세요.

Follow the ladder to find out what's the difference between dark and light.

빛이 잠시만 더 The light, only for a little while

너희와 함께 있을 것이다. will be with you

빛이 있을 때 다니면 If you go when there is light

어둠에 사로잡히지 않아요. Don't get caught up in the dark.

어둠 속에서 다니는 사람은 People who walk around in the dark

자기가 어디로 가는지 몰라요 don't know where he's going

빛이 있을 동안에 while there is light

빛을 믿으면 빛의 아들이 될 거예요. If you believe in the light, you will become the son of the light.

마음에 새겨요 keep it in mind

빛이신 예수님이 오셨을 때, 빛에 가까이 다가가는 사람과 빛을 피해 어둠 속으로 숨는 사람으로 나뉘었어요. When Jesus, the light, came, people were divided into those who drew near to the light and those who hid in darkness from the light.

예수님을 믿는 우리는 환한 빛의 자녀예요.

We who believe in Jesus are children of the bright light.

빛의 자녀는 악한 생각이나 나쁜 행동을 하지 않아요.

The children of light do not have evil thoughts or bad deeds.

버려야 할 행동이 있다면 쓰레기통에 쓰고, 앞으로는 빛의 자녀답게 살겠다고 다짐하고 실천해요.

If you have any bad habits, write them down on the trash bin below. And let's dicide to live like children of light from now on.

거짓말 lie 욕심 greed 미움 hate 위선 hypocrisy 분노 anger

기도로 대답해요 answer in prayer

악한 생각과 나쁜 행동을 버리고, 선한 생각과 좋은 행동을 하겠어요.

I will abandon evil thoughts and bad actions and do good thoughts and good actions.

요한복음 12장 35절

예수께서 이르시되 아직 잠시 동안 빛이 너희 중에 있으니 빛이 있을 동안에 다녀 어둠에 붙잡히지 않게 하라 어둠에 다니는 자는 그 가는 곳을 알지 못하느니라

John 12:35

So Jesus said to them, “The light is among you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.
