Let us fast and cry out to God!
Joel 1:13-20
The prophet Joel commands the priests and those who minister to God in the temple to put on sackcloth, weep and fast, and gather all the people together to cry out to God. This is because grain offerings and drink offerings cannot be offered to God, food is cut off, the cattle are roaring for no pasture, streams are dry, and the grasses of the fields are burned with fire.
When we have a difficult problem, God wants us to proclaim a fast day and gather together to cry out to God earnestly. Having a difficult problem? Let's fast and gather together, repent of our sins with tears and earnestly cry out to God!
