Sacrifice of the Poor

 

Leviticus 14:21-32

 

God made the poor among those who were cured of the malignant skin disease bring an offering according to their circumstances and perform the purification ceremony. Jesus praised the woman who had donated two lepton (about 1,000 won) and said that she gave the most. And Jesus fed the 5,000 people through five barley loaves and two fish that the little child gave and left twelve baskets.

 

“Two leptons” is a song of my little confession. When I was in my teens and early 20s, musically, I wasn't good at anything. While I liked singing at church, I came across many things, but I was not an expert. In a way, he seems to be the most ordinary person or a little less than that.

Like that, I recklessly wanted to do the praise ministry, and a precious team accepted it, so I was able to learn and serve in various ways as an engineer and as a singer and a drummer.

I just brought what I had to God, but as time passed, God worked all things together for good.

When I give my all without being ashamed of what I have, God does beautiful and amazing things that no man could have imagined! (The two leptons, lyricist and composer Son Kyung-min)

 

What I have is two leptons that are too small

When I give my all to God, he receives the most and praises me.

Even two small leptons are the most valuable devotion in the Lord's eyes.

May my small life be used beautifully where God wants it!

What I have is small rice cakes and fish, so I was ashamed

When I obey your word in my life, the Lord works through me.

I want to live a life where I have loved only the Lord for the rest of my life.

May I walk on the path of a life that I love only one Lord for the rest of my life!
