God does not forget me

 

Isaiah 49:14-18

 

God does not forget Zion. Zion (Jerusalem, the people of Israel) says that the Lord has forsaken and forgot me, but God said, “How can a woman forget her suckling child, and will she not have mercy on her son who was born in her womb? And even if a woman forgets her child, I will not forget you. No. I have engraved you on the palm of my hand, and your wall is always before me."

God is merciful to us, too, and has our names engraved on the palm of his hand. Do not think that God has forsaken or forgot me in the midst of any difficulties, and live holding on to the Lord's promise that even if a mother forgets her child, I will not forget you. (14-16)

 

 

Please pray for our family and church members to trust in God who does not forsake us and forget us, and to live by holding on to the promise of God, who does not forsake us and does not forget us, without wavering our faith in the midst of hardships and difficulties.
