Fear not, for I am with you.

 

Isaiah 40:1-20

 

The One who raised up men from the East and delivered the nations before him to rule (2-4)

Fear not, you Israel, my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, and the descendants of Abraham my friend, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. ~10)

Those who were angry with you will be put to shame, and those who fought against you will not be found; those who strike you will be like nothing and nothing. For I, the Lord God, will take hold of your right hand and say to you, Fear not, I will help you. Because it is (11~13)

 

God will make rivers in the bare mountains, and he will plant many trees in the wilderness, and they will put them together; and they will see and understand that the hand of the LORD has made them, and that the Holy One of Israel has created them (18-20).

 

Please pray that our family and church members will not be afraid even in the midst of difficulties, trust God who is with us, and praise God for helping us.
