의인의 억울함을 풀어줄 구원자

A Savior who will relieve the injustice of the righteous

 

욥기 19장 1~29절

Job 19:1-29

 

욥이 깊은 절망에 빠졌을 때, 그는 가족과 친지들, 그리고 가장 친한 친구들에게도 버림을 받습니다. 모두에게 버림받은 그 순간, 그는 자신을 버리지 않으실 구원자를 바라봅니다. 완전한 의인으로서 고난받고 죽으신 그리스도는 모든 고통받는 의인의 대변자가 되시는 분입니다.

When Job falls into deep despair, he is abandoned by his family, relatives, and even his closest friends. At that moment when he is abandoned by everyone, he looks to a Savior who will not abandon him. Christ, who suffered and died as a perfectly righteous man, is the representative of all suffering righteous people.

 

욥의 친구들이 욥에게 폭력적인 말을 내뱉은 이유는 욥의 구체적인 죄를 보지도 않았으면서도 단지 욥의 고난만 보고 죄를 추정하여 정죄했기 때문입니다. 이처럼 누군가를 잘못 판단하거나 정죄하지 않기 위해 내게 필요한 자세는 무엇이라고 생각합니까?

The reason Job's friends spewed violent words at Job was because they did not even see Job's specific sins, but they assumed his sins based on Job's suffering and condemned him. What do you think is the attitude we need to avoid misjudging or condemning someone like this?

 

역지사지(易地思之): 처지와 입장을 바꾸어 생각하라

진정한 위로자가 되라

Yeokjisaji (易地思之): Change your situation and position and think differently.

Be a true comforter

 

 

욥에게 필요한 것은 친구들의 평가와 판단이 아니라 위로였습니다. 내 주변에 고난을 당하는 이들을 어떻게 위로할 수 있을지 서로 이야기해봅시다.

What Job needed was comfort, not evaluation and judgment from his friends. Let's talk about how we can comfort those around us who are suffering.

 

욥은 까닭 모를 고난을 겪으면서도 자신의 억울함을 풀어주실 구원자를 기다렸습니다. 하나님이 우리를 신원(伸冤, 원통한 일을 품)하시고 구원하신다는 사실이 벅찬 위로와 생생한 소망으로 다가온 경험이 있으면 나눠봅시다.
