First miracle: water turned into wine!
John 2:1–12
Jesus was invited to the wedding feast with his mother Mary and his disciples. However, the wine of the feast ran out (exhausted), and Mary, the mother of Jesus, reported this to Jesus, and Jesus replied that my hour had not yet come. Jesus' mother commands the servants to do whatever Jesus says. At that time, Jesus tells the 6 water jars used in the purification ceremony to be filled with water and brought to the banquet hall. As the servants obey, the water turns into wine. The banquet hall praises the bridegroom for giving him more delicious wine. Jesus performed the first sign in Cana of Galilee to reveal His glory, and the disciples came to believe in Jesus.
Jesus shows that he is the solution to the problem through the miracle of turning water into wine in a difficult situation when the wine is exhausted at the wedding feast. Let us bring our problems to Jesus, who is the solver of all problems.
Through the obedience of the servants, Jesus' miracles are being accomplished. Let's live a life of complete obedience to Jesus' words by believing in Jesus.
God, trust in Jesus who turns water into wine, entrust our difficult problems to You, and experience God's miracles through complete obedience!
