Scent of prayer
Exodus 30:1-16
God commands us to make an altar of incense and burn fragrant incense every morning and evening. The fragrance that ascends before the throne of God is the prayers of the saints. (Rev 8:3,4 Another angel came and stood in front of the altar with a golden censer. The angel received much incense to offer on the golden altar in front of the throne with the prayers of all the saints. and went up from the hand of the angel before God.)
We must pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and be faithful to pray as intercessors who are fully alert and giving thanks to God. (Colossians 4:2)
