Gratitude and obedience instead of resentment and disobedience
Exodus 16:1–21
God heard the complaints of the people of Israel and gave them manna (food from heaven) and quail.(4~16)
Throw away resentment and disobedience and live a life of gratitude and obedience (1~3, 17~21)
But when they measured it with an omer, whoever gathered much had nothing left over, and whoever gathered little had no lack. Each of them gathered as much as he could eat.(18)
Your abundance will make up for their need, so that later your abundance may be supplemented for your needs (2 Corinthians 8:14).
May we live only by the grace of God every day and depend only on the Lord who fills us abundantly!
Pray that we will become churches and saints dedicated to helping our weak and needy neighbors in the midst of the pandemic!
