Exalt the King
Psalms 45:1~17
God bestowed power and majesty on the king. He also exalted the king, who ruled with a hatred of evil and a love of righteousness, as higher than the rulers of all the other nations and allowed him to revel in joy. This is the same glory that was given to Jesus the Messiah, and it is glory that has been promised to us who obey Him.
The bride, who has entered the ceremonial place wearing garments decorated with precious jewels, must now forget her father's house and her people. This is because glory and await her. Have we cast off the lives we once led as the world's lover since encountering our husband Jesus?
Lord, help us and our Church to live as Your bride today.
