Mystery

 

Romans 11:25-36

 

Paul writes to the brothers in the faith in Rome, saying that you are wise in your own eyes and do not want to be ignorant of this mystery, which is that part of Israel has become stupid until the full number of Gentiles has come in. So all Israel will be saved. There is no regret in God's gifts and callings. The Gentiles did not obey God, but because Israel did not obey, the Gentiles received mercy. In the same way, since Israel did not obey, the mercy given to the Gentiles now allows Israel to obtain mercy as well. Paul praises the richness of God's wisdom and knowledge. For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things To Him be the glory forever. Amen.

 

God has mercy on the disobedient people and saves Israel and the Gentiles(29~36). Let us praise the abundance of God's wisdom and knowledge. Let us confess that all things come from the Lord, through the Lord, and return to the Lord, and give Him glory forever and ever!

 

Until the full number of the Gentiles comes in, let some of Israel become stupid and realize the mystery of salvation to all Israel and preach the gospel of God's love and grace that shows mercy even though they did not obey (25-28)!

 

God, I praise you for the abundance of your wisdom and knowledge in having mercy on a disobedient people and in saving Israel and the Gentiles. Let us realize this mystery and spread the gospel of your love and grace!
