God judges the wicked and makes them a spectacle

Nahum 3:1-19

God declares woe against the bloody city of Nineveh, full of lies, tyranny, and devastation. He says that those who have deceived the nations with sexual acts and magic will be put to shame and become a spectacle. And it reminds them that Noamon (Thebes), which Cush, Egypt, Put and Libya helped, also fell, and Assyria also fell, and all shepherds and nobles were scattered. And declares that those who heard this news would clap their hands for Assyria’s irreparable wounds and injuries.

God forgives and saves any evil man when he repents and turns back, but he is a firm judge of him who does not turn back and continues to commit evil. We should also be the people of God who return to God with repentance, looking back on whether there is any such evil.

Noamon (Thebes), which Cush, Egypt, Put and Libya helped, was also destroyed. More than anything else in the world, we should be God's people who rely on God and seek God's help.

Everything that Nineveh boasted about will fall. The pride that ‘I am better than you and I am different from you’ knocks me down. What makes you so proud that you cannot see God and yourself properly? Those who are merciful will receive mercy. If I don't cry with those who weep, no one can be with me when I cry.

Please pray for our family and members to look back on their wrongdoing and become faithful people of God who repent and return to God. Please pray that we will become God's people who depend on God more than anything else and ask for help. Please pray for us to cast aside pride like Nineveh and become compassionate and humble people who weep with those who weep.

And a family in Pakistan is in a difficult situation. Christian Tarik Massi, who worked for a wealthy Muslim family, was unjustly framed for stealing jewelry. His pregnant wife lives with her four children in the family of a ministering evangelist. So they are in a difficult economic situation. Thank you for your prayers and support so that all difficulties can be solved.
