Judges 8:1-21

 

After Gideon's victory in the war against the Midianites, he left a bad image by retaliating for personal feelings.

 

Gideon made the war-weary soldiers even more weary for personal revenge. Let's take a look at whether my personal greed and emotions that do not consider the community are making others uncomfortable.

 

The tribe of Ephraim, who made great strides at the Jordan Ferry, complains greatly about why they excluded themselves from the Midianite war in the first place. What I am happy and angry about reveals what I desire the most. Let's look back to see if there is any form of putting my honor and interests, my church, and my denomination ahead of the kingdom of God.
