Do good, but do not lose heart!

 

Galatians 6:1-10

 

If a man is found guilty of any wrongdoing, correct him right in a meek spirit, and examine yourself, lest you also be tempted (1).

 

He who sows to his own flesh reaps corruption from the flesh, but he who sows to the Holy Spirit reaps eternal life from the Holy Spirit (8)

 

Do not be weary in doing good; if you do not give up, you will reap in due time. Whenever you have the opportunity, do good to everyone, but especially to the families of faith (9,10).

 

O God, let us correct those who have sinned with meekness of spirit, that we may look after ourselves so that we may not be tempted in what they have done wrong!

Help us to sow for the Holy Spirit, not our flesh, so that we may reap eternal life from the Holy Spirit!

An in doing good, do not grow weary, do not give up, but whenever we have the opportunity, do good to all, but more to the families of faith, so that we may reap good fruits!
