잠언 19:1~14

 

가난하여도 성실하라(1)

지식을 가지고 천천히 가라(2)

자신의 미련함을 회개하고 여호와를 원망하지 말라(3)

재물은 많은 친구를 더하게 한다(4)

거짓말하지 말라(5,9)

선물 주기를 좋아하는 너그러운 사람이 되라(6)

가난한 자는 그의 형제와 친구들에게 미움을 받는다(7)

지혜를 얻고 명철을 지키는 자가 되라(8)

노하기를 더디하고 허물을 용서하라(11)

지혜로운 아들, 슬기로운 아내가 되라(13)

God is the giver of a wise wife.(14)

 

Proverbs 19:1-14

 

Be faithful even if you are poor (1)

Take your knowledge and go slow (2)

Repent of your foolishness and do not blame the Lord (3)

Riches add many friends (4)

Do not lie (5, 9)

Be a generous person who likes to give gifts (6)

A poor man is hated by his brothers and friends (7)

Acquire wisdom and be a keeper of understanding (8)

Be slow to anger and forgive transgressions (11)

Be a wise son and a wise wife (13)
